Our approach
AquaNetix is designed around tenant separation, role-based access, auditable actions and controlled access to operational and customer information. Exact controls depend on the agreed deployment and integrations.
Clear assurance
We do not present AquaNetix as holding a certification unless that certification has been formally achieved and can be evidenced. Security requirements, hosting location, retention, backups, incident handling and service levels are documented during procurement and contracting.
Responsible reporting
If you believe you have found a security issue, do not access, alter or download information beyond what is necessary to describe it. Send the affected URL, steps to reproduce and potential impact to info@aquanetix.io. Please do not include sensitive customer or operational data in the first email.
